Driver rescued from burning car in Akron | News
AKRON, OH (WOIO)- Firefighters rescue a person from a burning car.
It happened just after Midnight Sunday at Hazel Street and Wellington Avenue in Akron.
Officials say a car crashed into a building at that location and burst into flames.
The driver was the only person in the car.
After being cut out of the vehicle, the driver was rushed to a local hospital. No word on condition.
The accident remains under investigation.
